A territorialização da política nacional de assistência social e a proteção social das pessoas idosas usuárias do benefício de prestação continuada no Corede do Vale do Rio Pardo - RS / The territorialization of national policy for social assistance and the social protection of the elderly users of the continuous installment benefit Programme on Corede of Rio Pardo - RS Valley

Este artigo é fruto da pesquisa que teve como objetivo analisar a Proteção Social das pessoas idosas usuárias do BPC, nos municípios de Santa Cruz do Sul, Pantano Grande e Vale Verde, a partir do processo de territorialização da Política Nacional de Assistência Social (PNAS). O estudo teve enfoque qualitativo com base no método dialético crítico. Realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com 15 pessoas idosas e com sete profissionais dos CRAS nos municípios referidos, e do INSS de Santa Cruz do Sul. A análise dos dados ocorreu através da análise de conteúdo. Constatou-se que a territorialização da PNAS apresenta muitos desafios, como a necessidade de articulação com os demais agentes do território; o aumento de profissionais e sua capacitação; o esclarecimento sobre o acesso, a revisão e a manutenção do BPC; a definição de ações e estratégias que garantam a proteção social da população idosa, entre outros aspectos.

This article is the result of a research that aimed to analyze the social protection of the elderly users of the BPC in the counties of Santa Cruz do Sul, Pantano Grande and Vale Verde, from the territorialization process of the National Policy for Social Assistance (PNAS). The study had a qualitative approach, based on the Critical Dialectical method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 elderly users of the benefit and 7 professionals from the CRAS of the three counties mentioned above, as well as the INSS of Santa Cruz do Sul. Data analysis occurred through the Content Analysis technique. It was verified that the territorialization of the PNAS presents many challenges, such as the need of articulation with the other agents of the territory; the increase of professionals and their capacitation; the elucidation about the access, the revision and maintenance of the BPC; the definition of actions and strategies that guarantee the social protection of the elderly population, among other aspects.

La actividad física y la psicomotricidad en las personas mayores: sus contribuciones para el envejecimiento activo, saludable y satisfactorio / The physical and psychomotor activity in the elderly: Their contributions to active, healthy and successful aging

El envejecimiento demográfico de la población a nivel mundial ha provocado una alerta sobre la importancia de garantizar que las personas mayores puedan vivir mejor y con mayor independencia a partir del mantenimiento de sus capacidades funcionales. En este artículo presentamos los beneficios bio-psico-sociales de la actividad física para el fomento del envejecimiento activo y saludable, y la importancia de la Psicomotricidad como una técnica de intervención corporal que puede influir de manera positiva en la competencia personal y eficiencia motora, la cognición, la afectividad, el bienestar y la socialización de las personas mayores, reduciendo los riesgos de deterioro y marginación social.

The demographic aging of the population at world-wide level has caused an alert one on the importance of guaranteeing that the people majors can live better and with greater independence from the maintenance of its functional capacities. In this article we present the bio-psycho-social benefits of the physical activity for the promotion of the active and healthful aging, and the importance of Psychomotricity like a technique of corporal intervention appear that can influence of positive way in the personnel competence and efficiency motor, the cognition, the affectivity, the well-being and the socialization of the aged people, reducing the risks of deterioration and social marginalization.
